Hello, I’m Soo Ahn, the founder of DrAHNSkin.

With over 18 years as a licensed pharmacist, I understand skin through both science and lived experience. Like many women, I’ve navigated decades of skin challenges, from acne and hyperpigmentation to fine lines and age-related changes. These personal struggles, paired with my clinical expertise, are what inspired me to conclude that the most important foundation of skincare is a healthy skin barrier, the layer that protects, restores, and keeps your skin balanced.

After trying countless products that only addressed surface issues, I knew there had to be a better way. I began searching for a skincare ingredient that supports deep, lasting skin health, focusing on hydration, protection, and balance. I chose to source science backed Ectoin from Germany, where it was originally developed with the highest standards of purity and care. I built a custom formulation around it. That is how Ectoin Plus Serum was created. I then carefully introduced complementary products each one added to work in harmony, forming a refined and intentional skincare system.
